Technical details
System Description
A two-component system for applying a polyurea coating by spraying the "RPC ARP (TV)" brand.
The polyol component (component A) of the "RPC ARP (TV) (A)" trademark contains polyether amines, a catalyst, and pigment pastes.
The isocyanate component (component B) is a diphenylmethane diisocyanate prepolymer.
Scope of application
RPC ARP (TV) is used for application of seamless waterproofing and protective polyurea coatings by spraying on roofs, foundations, floors, various structures, etc.

Preparatory measures before starting work and recommendations for application
- Heat component A to +40 - 45 °C;
- Heat component B to +45 - +50 °C;
- Stir component A with a paddle mixer for 30 minutes at 500 - 1000 rpm;
- The isocyanate component (component B) must be stored at a temperature not lower than + 15 °C. If the isocyanate component has been stored at temperatures below +15 °C, then it should be slowly warmed up to a temperature of +60 °C and stirred for 30 minutes;
- Ambient temperature during application is not lower than + 5 °C;
- To obtain a high-quality polyurea coating, it is necessary to prepare the surface. The surface must be dry, degreased, free from dirt and dust, and comply with the applicable building and technical standards. If polyurea is sprayed on concrete or metal surfaces, it is necessary to use a polyurethane primer of the RPC Primer PU-ARP (1K) brand;
- Apply the components with high pressure units. Set the operating pressure to 160-220 atmospheres and adjust if necessary if the flame does not open properly;
- The recommended layer thickness in one pass is not more than 1 mm. The total thickness of the coating must be at least 2 mm;
- To protect polyurea from destruction under the influence of UV rays, it is necessary to use a 2-component aliphatic mastic of the RPC AM (2K) brand. A layer of mastic with a thickness of at least 0.3 mm.
Precautions and health effects
When processing, it is necessary to take into account safety measures according to TU.
